Awesome! Lights and all! The icing on the cake would have been to use the turn signals.

Good man, I remember Don Emde. Hell of a rider and a genuine all around good guy. Read a few stories where he had helped fellow racers with spares and insight. Imagine helping fellow competitors only to race them. He's in the Hall of Fame at the AMA Museum.

I would like to take you up on your offer. Thank you. Be safe. Head up knee down!

Have done 5-6 trackdays/schools over the years at Laguna. Wonderful track with not much time to relax. Rainey turn was my least favorite (down hill, decreasing radius), turn 10 & 4 my favorites. Turned a 1:42 years ago on a basically stock '96 VFR750 in a Code School. Back when I was younger....and faster.
Also used to race in the 80's in BOTT on a BMW.
Great pics, glad you had a great time.

I hear ya...I did some 1:40's on a bone stock 1993 FZR600 on my first visit to Laguna. I think if I get on a good 600 or liter bike I could pull some mid 1:30's. If I was 30 yrs younger...knock another 4-5 seconds off...Ha! Ha! I do love my FZ though...great all around machine and it looks bad ass.
