Heated gear repair review - POSITIVE!

So I've had a Gerbing jacket liner for 5 years and the male plug for liner decided to break off right behind the stress relief section last month. Sending an email to Gerbing was useless - no response. Found another company - Heated Clothing RX - that would work on the liner. How fast did they respond? About 20 minutes after I sent a message through their site. Did the work for a reasonable price and sent me a bill (which Gmail lost). Contacted them again and asked basically "What's up with my liner?" 7 MINUTES LATER they call me saying it's all set and ready to go.

Now I'll be able to ride until it snows.

Good customer service, that’s what it’s all about, and it’s what often earns my business. It just sucks that when a company gets big they lose sight of this.
