Adjusted the cables for that dang exup valve. Ok so it was a couple days ago and I'm late but... I have no excuse. Still doesn't seem like it's opening soon enough but the error code is gone at least lol.
Any suggestions on getting it to open quicker? Actually sounds different now, maybe blocked off a little down low but no noticeable loss of power at low rpms. Only a short few mile ride as a test though. Honestly getting bored going on rides alone lately since everyone is always busy with this or that. Need some riders in the SW Washington area.

Well it was yesterday , but my stolen Gen 2 was recovered. Itís insurances now but wow. What a mess. I had actually made contact with the middle man who was trying to fence my stolen bike, and it looked pristine just like when it was stolen. Whoever bought it next is an idiot. Oil was overfilled (sight glass full of oil on its sidestand) and it was dropped on the right side (frame slider rash and brake peg pushed inward) but unfortunately no damage to tank or fairing so it was a slow speed get off. Which begs the question why the hell they did the ugly ass primering. Draws WAY more attention to it. It had some other bikes plates on it when a Denton PD parking enforcement officer ran it because it had been parked in front of a business since Monday.

Seriously sad. Bike wasnít perfect but it was amazing for the price I got it. And didnít look like crap. Real shame the scum didnít crash going faster or was caught riding it. Oh and as if plastic around the gas cap wasnít obvious enough lmao

Imagine if they had just used all the effort of screwing that poor bike up to do something positive.

Guess some days you just get lucky.
Did the same with a pair of RayBans. They did not fair as well as your gloves.

I’ve been known to do that with my wallet on cross country trips. Left it on a side case, or sleeping bag roll. I eventually lost it twice, and got it back one of those times. Then I lost a camelback. I finally learned my lesson.

Just looking for now, if I pull the trigger, it will be in Jan or Feb. I've ridden 2 before, 1 was PJ's that he traded to Pandora here in town. About 5 miles into the test ride, the clutch lever wouldn't come off the bar, so I never got a good test ride. Went the next weekend and rode an '11 that had a cupped front tire, it shook so bad that April and I turned around and took it back.

I rode this one Saturday and it has a goofy seat with big wings on it, it was horrible. The bike rode fine, had a coolant smell when stopped, but couldn't find a leak. I was going to offer $3K for it, but decided not to just because I would have to drop some cash for a seat immediately. Crazy smooth and great power though, better leg room than my FJR had too.

If you are in the area for any other reason and want to take it for a test ride let me know.

Jedz are you liking the 4 degree advance?

I have one on my spare bike, it's different but I think I like the OEM advance better. The after market advance seems to rev faster, but it feels like less torque some of the time. It doesn't bother me enough to change it back.

I took it out on the first spring ride this season. It's been too long riding in the cold and the warm ride was refreshing. Cleaning all the bugs off the bike and riding gear after was not so refreshing. The warmer weather is starting to appear. Bring on Summer!!

Found out some poor guy paid $6200 for my basically stock 2012 with 18k on it. Which is $200 more than my buddy paid for it when it was almost new in 2013, and 1700 more than I paid for it three years and 10k miles ago.

My buddy saw the bike at a 9/11 ride and asked.

Dealership made $2200 though, so good for them.

If my current job doesn't work out for some reason, I'm either going to open a used motorcycle dealership, or become a real estate agent. Or both..

I finally got around to installing the Fren Tubo hose kit I got from PJ.
Fit great and even had some slack to spare on my custom bars. They are 1.5 inches higher than stock. Washed it and getting ready for my camping trip the first weekend of October.
Staying at the KOA fancy gap VA. Just off the Blue ridge parkway.
