Unhappy F....ck It!!!

Hi Guys,

We can not adjust one of the float tank height whatever we did today.
What all you said above, we did, did not work at all.

Gotfz1, from this forum, was here with me all day. (He came on Sunday and helped me to solve this problem.I did not know him and he did not know me too.But he was so kind and helpfull.he spend all his sunday for my problem.I ve to thank him so much. This site has such a good guys.I m proud of being a part of this community)

We even both could not figure it out how to fix it.It is so difficult for me to explain here with my poor english. But what we saw that we can not fix one of the float nor height neither bouncing.
We tryed 4 different needle, 4 different valve and 4 different pin etc.No, did not work.
If anybody know what the f...ck problem is and fix it, I ll give a good gift for this person.

There are threads on the O-rings and their sizes. If needed.
fwiw

Do not know how helpful but there are youtube videos.
I tried YAMAHA FZ1 CARB CLEAN and videos came up. R6 AND R1 SHOULD BE SIMILAR.

was even an Ivans kit install video though it was in fast motion

Last time I did this it took some patience and I think I triple checked everything I could.
Results were fine,

But I replaced all needle and needle valve with the new ones. Why o-ring should be a problem!!.

There are 4 O-rings on each carb.
The two in the float bowl can deteriorate from the alcohol gas.
The 2003 I bought the carbs leaked. O-ring change fixed.
The 2002 I ride must have been done, no leaks, no need.
Anyway O-rings are under main jet and float valve seat.
Usually, unless you know when last changed people change these when they have the carbs out.

Just because It is a pain to take carbs out. OTOH if they are not leaking no have to involved.

If assembly is done I would leave it alone.
