You will get laid, as long as you're not a total douchebag like me. But be warned, much like a MKIV toyota supra this thing attracts some serious dick too, maybe that's your thing, I know its mine! It also attracts the long arm of the law as well. If you buy this bike you take on the responsibility of snapping necks and the countless compliments and questions you WILL get about your intelligence from the flat-brimmed Ken Block group of faggotry-induced 17 year old Bro's that you want to be your friends. Your girlfriend will want to ride on the back 24/7, but since you get the solo seat cover as well you can tell her to go do some dishes, like she would be doing, if she were real. Or Hell, buy it for her so you two can cruise. I don't care. Thanks"

This bike sounds dangerous!!
fixed it.

If anyone needs a pet:
http://memphis.craigslist.org/grd/2233950123.html

I have an emu that has to go. He would be great for the freezer. I will kill him for you if you want. I have put two others in the freezer and they are just like deer meat.

love craigs List

there is a lot of crap on craigs list, but if you watch and wait there are some steals as well.

over the last couple years I managed to get the following.

2005 Suzuki SV650S 2,500 miles for $400 (Yes it needed work but it's great now)

1997 BMW F650ST 14,000 miles for $1,000 (Excellent condition, tear in the seat)

1984 Honda CB700SC Nighthawk-S 25,000 miles, for $500 Needed minor work very nice now!

1984 Honda VT500 Ascot 16,000 miles for $1,100 (Very Nice shape)

2001 Kawasaki EX250 Ninja 2,100 miles for $300 (Needed tires, weather checked and some cracks in the fairings, glued them)

there are others too, so it's a matter of watching and waiting to find the good deals on good bikes.

This line got me

Unfortunatly this bike has been dropped on both sides. Once was when I took it around the parking lot the first time in first gear and used the front brake instead of the rear.

I actually had a nice craigslist moment last weekend also. A guy was selling Ninja 250s, and I didn't realize three of the five listed were all his. On Sunday we met him at his storage shed, which he had outfitted like a retro garage. He buys bikes and fixes them up and sells them quite reasonably. Bikes were in great condition, and he took a lot of pride in his work. He had FIVE pulled out when we got there, and another in another storage unit. Said he does it for a hobby and to make a little money, and his next goal is to start doing cafe racers. He had some real vintage stuff in there. And he was nice.

I guess for all the squidly stuff you see, every once in a while you meet someone who is smart and nice too.

He could add "I bought the bike on the $39 a month payment plan and now four years later I owe more on it than I bought it for."

At least he's not lying about what he used it for. I went to look at a white VFR last summer. Supposed to be very nice. All the fairings were badly scraped. Tail section all f'd up from looping it. He had beaten the end of the fuel tank in so he wouldn't smash his nuts while doing stoppies. The forks were leaking badly. He swore it hadn't been stunted. He's still trying to sell it. He's asking for serious buyers only since he doesn't want anymore people coming to look who are just wasting his time!
