FZ1N 2011 - Fitting Aftermarket exhaust

Hi All,

Will R1 exhausts (aftermarket) fit ? and if so, from what years?

Other recommendations of different models will be appreciated.

Also, who ever installed one, did your machine ran smooth?

Thanks!

No they don’t. Just buy an fz1 exhaust, there are more than enough options.

The M4 slip-on for the 07-08 gsxr 1000 works for the fz1. You just need to get a mid-pipe custom made for it. And you will probably have issues with the center stand clearing the muffler. I did it with my fz1 and it looks and sounds amazing. It ran alright, but I'm pretty sure thats only because I had my ecu flashed and didn't have it custom tuned. I'm going to pair it with a set of titanium headers and have it tuned on a dyno this spring.

Check with Ivan, you wont regret getting it flashed and using his own designed exhaust.
