I doubt you are referring to big kids on this forum. Most are d-bags in some way or another (it’s what makes them great), but I’ll say this. I’m 25, I think I’m a slightly above average skilled rider, and even with a d*ck full of confidence, these “old bags” who are 20-40 years my senior, whoop my ass all the time. Experience plus years of road knowledge make most of these “geezers” potent potent riders.

Everyone else on the Internet, can go fvck themselves

I just want to go on record as not having said that or implied that, nor do I feel that way. Carry on

im a dbag and a big kid and I do indeed still say its ugly (nor can I ride my way out of a paper sack, but hey we do the best we can). And I hope to god the guy who used Microsoft paint to see what yellow brake lines would look like on his bike didn't follow through with it.

NOTHING flows on it, it makes the uneven headlights on a s1000 look like a fine art sculpture.

If you're buying em to look at em you're doing it wrong.

Not if I'm going to look at her when I ride her.

I’m just wondering if this thread has gone off the tracks from FZ1 vs FZ10 performance, which has potential to be objective, to something purely subjective, like looks?

Obviously that’s what’s happened. We just keen bumping it to the top, maybe someone with experience will chime in..

And the fz1 vs fz10 performance can be as subjective as it’s looks.

It’s been out for a while, and they still aren’t selling that good though. Price/performance/looks ratio just isn’t right.

Not to mention MPG is still the worst of all “super nakeds”. Even the 1100 Tuono gets better MPG. According to professional ride reviews and their fuel consumption monitoring. What gives Yamaha?

Like I said, I'll probably have one some day, but I don't love the way it looks.

"Race against" won't be subjective. Rider, not bike. Carry on.
