Slip-On, No Other Mods?

All Knowing FZ1OA:

I have a 2010 FZ1, low miles, bone stock. Can anyone recommend a slip-on that will work well without any mods?

I have an '09, with Leo, Exup and Cat gone, mapped, etc., great bike.

On the 2010, I'd like to lose the gigantic stock exhaust for aesthetics and weight. I'm not looking for any real performance gains this time around. Is there a slip-on that the factory ECU can compensate for such that no detrimental effects occur?

Much appreciated !

Any aftermarket slip on will work just fine without further mods. Buy the one that you like the looks & sound of the best.

As Ivan once said (regarding all of the various slip ons out there) "A 2" hole is a 2" hole."

Yep, pretty much what val guy said, but there can be minor improvements based on different size tubing.

Oh... I happen to have a Leo Vince slip-on for sale as well.

Thanks guys, much appreciated! I hoped that would be the answer. I'm from the era when a slip-on meant rejetting or you'd risk of running dangerously lean. Figured the factory ECU/FI could compensate well enough but wasn't sure. I'll check out the Leo in TX and Mivv recommendation too. Thanks again.

You may get exhaust popping on decel if you don't disable the AIS.

I got my mivv from PJ, and I’ve been happy with it ever since. No other mods. I happen to love the exhaust popping on decel. But that’s just me.
