Hey - just a thought. Your insurance, Gov Vet benefits, etc. - bet they also offer a little help with your battle with getting yourself centered, focused, etc.

Some help with this temporary situation to help you with keeping a clear head, not get so overwhelmed, keep your sleep where is should be, etc.

A diabetic needs meds to keep normal, if you have a thyroid issues some meds keep you normal, if you get an infection some meds will get you back to normal, so no different with this situation.

Just a thought for you to kick around.

Thank you all. I am doing a bit better after a small transfusion of cash to my bank account which helped pay some bills. That took some stress off.
I also have gotten deep into my inner being with yoga and reading. Counselor is working out well. Ex Marine so, we understand each other. Talked now 4 times and feeling pretty good. So positive vibes and great advice from my forum pals have also helped. You guys are the best.

That's awesome to hear!

I like the yoga idea. My uncle was in the navy during Vietnam, and while he wasn't in combat, I understand they brought the dead onto his ship. He uses yoga now for the PTSD, and then became an instructor, and taught wounded vets who are limited in mobility.

Makes me feel better knowing what you are up to mister!

I'm glad you are open to the idea of a counselor and not "too tough!" to see one, not entirely surprised since you were always introspective in our fireside chats at the rally but glad you went to one all the same. One you can relate to is even better.
