Dependable AGM battery technology.

This is not the unique size required for a Gen I, so you will need to remove some plastic from the battery box. About three minutes with a Makita 18 volt sawzall does the trick. Hacksaw will also get the job done. Both of my Gen I's now have this treatment. The first one after my high falutin' expensive lithium battery went nuclear.

I've been very happy with Shorai. I know there are other options, and not everyone is happy, but my experience has been nothing but positive.

Thanks FTL 900 I ordered the battery Friday afternoon and it was at my doorstep on Monday afternoon fit like a glove and fired up fine worth every penny I hope I get some good years out of it.

I put one in my FZ1 last December, and then ordered another for my FJR1300, I just put that one in last month. Anytime I need a battery, I order from ebay- AGM out of California so it's here quickly and ready to ride.
