I finished replacing the steering bearings, I was able to remove the lower race in less than 5 min, the upper took a little longer, I used a 9 inch punch I got from HF, pressed in the new allballs races, the upper race is much higher than the stock race and is flush with the frame's steering head? I was able to seat the lower race using the old race.

removing the lower bearing race from the triple was tough but I used the dremel to make a horizontal groove to give the chisel a good grip without marring the lower triple, stuffed some dry ice in the steering tube and used a hammer & chisel, finally it came off.

I pressed the lower bearing by using the race I removed together with a pipe & hammer it in.
I didn't use the upper allballs dust seal & used the stock part, using both didn't look right, I used the lower seal that came with the kit but forgot to use the stock dust seal which I think seals the lower steering stem better.

I'll go for a test ride, I expect to re torque the spanner nuts after a few miles when everything settles in place.

Test rode the bike, all is good & tight, very happy I finally did that service.
