I bought an XM Delphi unit because I wanted to play it in my truck, my garage and when I fly (which is a lot).

You get a docking station for your vehicle and your home and it broadcasts from your XM unit to your home or car stereo- works pretty well for the most part.

You can also record 5 hours of whatever station you want which is pretty cool because it's then like a TiVo for audio. I've even used the satellite connection on a plane when the side of the aircraft with my window was pointing south. Worked rather well on a trip from Dallas to San Jose.

The installation was not so smooth because the installers were bozo's. Had to take it back 4 times for stupid stuff but they finally got it right.

I'm pretty happy all in all, it's versatile, has great battery life for the 5 hour recordings, it's well built and I can use it at home, in the truck or while I travel.

My .02 cents.

I say we work two days and take five off.
