Hey that's pretty slick!

Thanks Got and Desmo. You know, Got should consider doing this computer type stuff for a living. He might be able to make some money...and give it to quazz

Just curious...

The last version had that nice map with little markers for each participant showing their exact location. Is there going to be anything like that with 2.0?

I know it's not necessary but it was cool.

Kudos on the new set-up nonetheless.

I think gotfz1 was going to look into a Google maps mashup of sorts.

Here's a current map of the US members. Well, not including scoose...who entered "Georgia" in the Zip code field.

Still doesn't like the apostrophe in my name, but I'm getting a different error message now that's more descriptive:

There was an error processing your registration
Database Error You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'm')' at line 1

Or you could just get an admin to change my name to Fitty Sumpm without the apostrophe, which would be fine with me. To be honest, I was surprised when I found I could use it in the first place.

I went to register again, but it said I already was; I assume from the beta test. I forgot my password that I used then. So I did the "send me my password" thingy, but I haven't received any email.

Up to a point I'll have something up that's dynamic very shortly. In fact it's mostly done. I may even make tabbed info panes with some of your mag profile info clickable.

Lookie, googlemaps API geocoder even gets a certain member on the map cause Georgia is a legit place
