Swapped out rear wheels. My last 400+ day I used up my Q3 rear to being bald. Swapped my Extra wheel with a Roadsmart on it. I'll need two sets of new rubber come spring

Got caught in the rain last week so I cleaned her up today. Hopefully get to take a spin tomorrow.

After seeing Supersnarf's post and his fender eliminator + signals, I splurged on some myself.
FE=Competition Werkes, cleaned up rear nicely, well built, a little disappointed in overall fit
Turn signals=High Tech Speed X-Arc front and rear, holy smokes....great quality, extremely bright, works as running light, brake light, turn signal

Next weekend will be replacing my warped rotors with some Chinese wave rotors. They seem to be of nice quality, waiting on my new mounting hardware to arrive.

Talking

Switched out the Euro headlight and put the stock one back on. I like the look of the Euro but don't like the lack of wind protection.

Then did a little family shot of the kids since they're all clean and behaving.

Got a new tire....I went the cheap route, Shinko 005 Advance. I know it won't last that long compared to a premium tire but for the price($82 after my discount) I wanted to give it a shot. Rode with a couple buddies(ZX-14 and SV650S) on some back roads this afternoon and so far I'm liking it. Put about 120 miles on her today. Don't make fun of my chicken strips, I'm still a newb!

Installed a shed around it. Still have to swing the doors and trim it out, but at least it's out of the weather again. Oh, And build a ramp, gotta build a ramp.

LOL

Havn't been on here in a while was searching for parts. My bike is now my regular commuter to work. It's great zipping into work making a 45 min ride down just under 40 a much more fun experience.

I put a Q3 on it

Was debating going to the MWG on a tire to the wear bars and decided the piece of mind was worth slapping a new one on.

Took the wheel into a local dealer and they had it mounted and me on my way in 15 minutes. During that time I looked around a bit and they had a used 2015 R1. I asked the guy about it, he said the person that bought it traded it on a Kawi H2 when they got one in. The bike was perfect, 2 brothers exhaust. And 1.5" chicken strips. The sales guy says the guy that traded on the H2 wanted more horsepower. He apparently just uses the Horsepower in a straight line.

I once made one from the top of a Plexus can with a swiss army knife, ask RSWebscan!

No, not difficult...only because I'm lucky enough to have some fun tools at work.

THIS thread explains how I made 'em...

Based on these parts I used, I'm going to modify the 3d files a little bit, but they're dang near spot on....

Finished up the rear signals last night. Another set of BikeMasters Double Bright mounted to a Holeshot eliminator.

Found a rubber grommet at Lowes to cover the exposed/sharp metal for a cord pass thru. I didn't seal up this yet, but will putz this weekend...
