2-3 cylinder dissapeared

Hi,
Guys, I need your advice. I flashed ecu, remove fce, after it on gas drop after reving on 8-10k rpm check engine appearing.
On acceleration-it disappears...Diagnostic showed issue 34... after 15 km of riding- fz1 lost 2 cylinders(2nd and 3rd). Check engine now always on, and i see this picture:
I change coils, but no effect

Any ideas?

PowerCommanders do fail. Reconnect PCV, save map and then zero the map in the PCV, and see how it runs. It may have also been that the fuel changes in the ecu flash and the fuel map in the PCV was flooding it out or something.

ECU IS DEAD (
I switched it to another one, and everything works fine.
