Hi ABH, sorry to hear that. I just read it. Animals are like kids and for sure that is not easy. Hang in there.

Thanks

It sure feels very empty around here without her.
But we had a great 17 years together and you can't ask for anything more.

I sure do miss her

I'm sorry to hear that. She looks like a real doll. I lost my 17 yo a few years ago; I still miss him.

I had to get one of these as a replacement.

We call him Todd because he acts re-todd-ed.

I have a Yellow Lab named Trixie..... she's my best friend. This is a picture of her at 105 pounds..... she's down to 88 lbs now. She just had surgery last week to repair a torn ACL in her left knee. The other one is one of my cats named Rocky..... he's a real ham and gets along with any one that'll pay attention to him.... My wife just got a Yorkie puppy about a month ago and I also have three other cats.......

This is my cat Tigger.
She's be 8 in October.
She got beat up by the local cats on a regular basis when she was younger, but now she has learned to fight and holds her own mostly - when the odds don't look too good, she retreats inside her cat-door and continues the fight through the opening.

sorry about the crappy phone camera pic....

Barb and ABH, sorry to hear about yer fuzzies.

First one's a great shot of Mico. First boy cat/dog, second cat in the house.

Second one's a pic of the three oldest cats on their Christmas gift from a few years back: (from L to R) Kiri (about 14), Mico (about 12), and Dot (about 8).

Last one's of Tux, my baby, who'll be 2 in a month. He's a monster... built like me; fat but with enough muscle to tear down a house.

my buddy/child

This is Max, a border collie that I adopted in 2001. Sometimes I think he's a human trapped in a dog's body. He understands about 30 different verbal and hand-signal commands, knows his toys by name and has a better memory than I do!
