What's a little 5mm when leaned over full boil with a passenger ?? After lunch.... BBQ.

. Man the 5's are still real expensive, the Roadtecs look thrifty at $180

"They" say that on a 6" rim the 190/55 has a larger contact patch at lean angle. Don't know if it's true or not but it makes me feel better.

Can't believe no one has bought that $100 tire yet!

True. Seen it from 4 meters away.

'They' should link a program or cad diagram showing what a tad shorter does to peg clearance @ 50 degree lean angles.
My calculator would put holes in yer boots so use your own pencil. Got the new bikes ass in the air like the old one ?

No sir. The ohlins is not height adjustable like the Penske. I did raise the forks a bit in the clamps. I don't have quite the lean angle on this bike but have not scraped a peg or anything else yet and don't plan it.

Not familiar with the shock mount, but do you have room to add a washer or two somewhere at the top bracket to act like a shim?

That is a good idea that could possibly work but I don't recall now if there is room to get it done. Where it is on the bike is very tight and it was a bitch to get the threading started. Could require lots of cuss words necessary to add several washers to the process.

We are not quite as aggressive with lean angle now as evidenced by not touching down with any hard parts. However, next time I have the tank raised I'll take another looksee.

I would, if it was a 190/55. Much better gen 2 tire size, gotta get that geometry correct.
