WTB: 4GB PC2-5300 or 6400 200-pin SODIMM RAM

Thinking about upgrading an old netbook and hoping someone has one of these laying around after upgrading his/her laptop. Nor sure if this will work, so I would rather not spend the $40 for a new one. (Supposedly this net book can only handle 2GB of Ram.) TIA
