Windows 10 Posting Pics

Hi, I was just upgraded to Windows 10. When I try to post a picture it rotates the pic. I have rotated the pic and saved it, but it still rotates the pic when I preview it. I googled how to rotate it, tried it, but it still rotates it when posted. Anyone?

I have had similar issues in the past when posting pics to ebay. The issue is that I was looking at a Windows generated thumbnail which Windows had rotated because it thought that was the way it should look. That's the thumbnail that was rotated not the actual image. When I then thought I rotated it back all I did was rotate the thumbnail not the actual image. I had to use an image editing program not just a Windows viewing program to do the actual rotation. This issue is sometimes complicated by the fact that the thumbnails are cached and no matter what you do to the actual image the thumbnail remains unaltered until the cache is updated.
