I've heard that switching from steel to aluminum bars can help with vibes. At least on some bikes.

Years ago they made these " Vibranator " some say they worked great I have never used them , I doin't think you can buy them anymore but you could make your own and tune them to see if they would work.

I have the stainless steel version of those on mine. It didn't really seem to do very much. Mine never vibrated all that much, but at around 60 MPH in sixth gear my right hand would go to sleep. Progrip 714 grips and a Throttle Rocker really helped to alleviate the problem.

I have tried various weight bar ends with some success. Heavier is not always better. I found syncing the carbs had more effect than anything else I have tried.

I used a Barsnake on a vintage Kawasaki GPz1100 that I own. It helped its handlebar vibrations, which are far worse than my Gen1 ever has exhibited. I have aluminum Rizoma handlebars with Superbike Pro Gel grips on my FZ1, and don't experience much vibrations with its setup.

Tried to copy and paste the Barsnake website link below. If it doesn't work, just Google it. Easy find.
