FS: 2013 FZ-1 (Chicago area) 2600 miles!!!

Hello all, selling my better-than-new 2013 FZ-1.

It's beautiful, it's well set-up, and it obviously does not get ridden nearly as much as a beauty like this should. I'm the original owner, bought it in 2014, had multiple bikes then so it wasn't ridden as much as an only bike, and although I enjoyed it and never thought I would sell it, I now ride so little that it is just time for someone else to enjoy it and ride it like it deserves.

It has always been garaged, has always been kept clean as a whistle, has always been prepped and stored/covered for the winter properly, and has been ridden enough to keep everything in great running shape. It's just one of those rare finds of an older-style bike that's been really well set-up and looks practically like a new bike.

As you can see from the pics, it has a few nice goodies, best of all is the FULL Ivan's set-up, so now it runs perfectly and much stronger than stock. If not familiar with Ivan's work, just search this fourm for full details, and there are some details from me and others here: http://www.yamahafz1oa.com/forum/sho...d.php?t=136800

Other goodies include Yamaha accessory handlebar (the one with the more comfortable bend and better look), Pazzo levers, Driven gel grips, Throttlemeister, Satan's highway pegs, brand new battery with battery tender hook-ups, accessory charging hook-ups (for GPS or phone) and GPS mount, Stompgrip tank grips and Progrip tank protector, larger tinted windscreen, Watsen front LED turn signals (really freaking bright), combo clear LED rear brake light/turn signals, swingarm spools and swingarm stand, Yoshimura fender eliminator kit, the full Yoshimura exhaust with carbon canister, FULL Ivan's setup, I think that's everything...

$5100 firm. If interested, just PM me. (selling the total package, not any parts seperately)

Thanks much!

That's a great price for a bike with all the right mods. (Oh, ok, I'd put the stock fender back on.)

Yes buy it! But be sure to ask for updated pictures first! These appear to be from March of 2015. I wouldn't mind staring at it either.

Come on Joint! Do it!

Ah, that is correct, it is also a seat from, I believe, someone on this site that makes seats. I got it years ago, I will have to look back and see who the heck made it, but it is like buttah. Thanks for noticing! I forgot that, and maybe one or two other upgrades, but I think I got them all.

Looks the same, but I didn't have any recent pics. They're nice ones, so what the hell, they'll do. Believe me, it has lived a life like some bratty rich kid that gets pampered all the time and has never seen a hard day of work.

Though you can't tell from the pics things like: how spotless the engine is from every angle, how the dash looks brand new from the seat, how the chain looks brand new, etc. etc.

anyone know of the top...the difference in fork leg length from 08R1, and a Gen2? Less of a difference than with the Gen1?

Hypothetically.

If you consider selling off any of the goodies, I'd be interested in that handlebar kit.

Thanks, but I will be keeping it all of one piece. If it doesn't sell, I will just hang on to it a bit longer.

I'm in no rush because I know when it does sell I'm going to be depressed - first time without a motorcycle in over 30 years.

Yeah, don't part it out, don't take a penny less ;-). Not until my loan goes through!

As far as the pending depression, do you like tequila?
