FWIW, I have a Scorpion VX-34 dirt bike helmet and it is every bit as good as the $400 plus Troy Lee lid that it almost a dead ringer for, all for $165. It is a fantastic helmet.

I have the EXO 1100 and I love mine. I see you live in Phoenix and you are going to like the air flow. You can feel the air moving over the top of your head in this helmet. Also you can lock the shield open a 1/4 inch and it wont slam shut a highway speeds. Nice on hot summer days.
The drop down sun glasses work well to block the morning or evening sun. I do wish it was bigger. It only covers 2/3 of your view. Still it's a big help for low sun angles.
This helmet is very light so your neck wont get a workout. Also I never have a problem with the shield fogging up, but I live in New Mexico so like you fogging is never a big problem anyway.
Scorpion helmets run small so if in doubt go one size up. I don't use the cheek pad pump up thing anymore. The helmet fits tight enough already. It just pushes your cheeks into you teeth. ( NO, not those cheeks)
Your going to like your new helmet, and at that price you got a great deal.

I've been looking at the Scorpion EXO 1100 for a while now, hoping I might find it somewhere on sale. Did you find it at Bike Bandit for $165.00? All I'm seeing is retail price of $329.00

Sorry for the delay, yes I did get from Bike Bandit Close out $165.00 on door step. I really like this helmet so far, its hot here so just commuting to and from work this time off year. Fit a little tight at first but after a few days either I'm getting used to it or it fits better.

Guess we missed the deal. I like those with drop down sun visors and all Scorpions look great to me.
