TT deal on Coocase topcases

TwistedThrottle.com is giving a hell of a deal of big Coocase brand topcases. It's the base version but, even after adding the liner and the base plate, you're looking at less than $200 (plus shipping). No affiliation with TT, just thought somebody might be interested. From the reviews I've read, the build quality is decent. The problems users have had are usually with the remote locking system and wiring, which this version doesn't have.

I'm assuming that "for most Italian Topracks" would be the Givi system?

Would I need one of the monolock/monokey plates, and then this adaptor as well, or would just the rack arms be functional enough?

I say this because I think I found a Givi trunk adaptor online for less than a hundo and this seems to be a decent deal.

All I can tell you is what I know. I bought the small case a while back along with the "adapter for Italian racks" since I have a top rack and V46. I had emailed Twisted Throttle and they confirmed that "adapter for Italian" did indeed mean Givi but I don't know if it's the rack only or rack and plate.

I was hoping I could switch to a small case rather easily. There are far too many pieces in there than I want to fool with. So basically it was wasted money and sits on the shelf. I can take a picture of the pieces if that will help. Twisted Throttle is top notch and if you email them they will give you the details. As far as the quality of the case, it's decent. It's noticeably not as durable feeling as my Givi monokey but it's decent and I consider it a value for the price I paid.

PM me if I can help cause it's a hit or miss if I see this thread again.

good find. I have the old S48 case and was forced to break into the thing a while back (don't ask). This left some battle scars so for $84 I will be replacing it with this s50 model. They both use the same mount plate.

UPDATE: My coocase arrive today and it comes with the mounting plate. You need to have a rack but the universal plate connecting top case to rack is included.
