That's a red tail. Coopers not that bright white underneath. Head and neck same brown, Coopers has color change in the middle of it's head.

RTH for sure. The brown chest markings, where they are at, are called a belly band on RTHs and are a good indicator of the bird. Wait until you find a dark morph though!

RTHs are bigger, bulkier, usually almost 18" to 22" (male) or 25" female.

Coopers are slimmer, more upright, have more distinctive tail striping. The chest markings are longer and more like dripping paint.

Here are some pictures of Cooper's Hawks...

This is a younger one, probably 1st year, maybe 2nd, or non-breeding/female. Blurry, taken across rooftops through glass in Austin, TX.

This is an adult/breeding, from AZ. You can see the facial coloring that was mentioned above. It's more of a "maltese falcon" look. Also note the red eyes in the mature bird.

Not to be confused with the Sharp Shinned Hawk, which is a doppleganger of the Cooper's, especially the juveniles...

Most notably there are subtle differences in the tail stripes, and you get a better look at the Sharpie's knobby legs. Also, the chest streaking is a little less runny, more rounded.

But wait, there's more!

They both look a lot like Merlins, but Merlins are about the size of a big Mourning Dove.

Just to be more confusing....

RTH Krider's subspecies, which has a lot of white coloring, and note on a lot of RTHs you won't even see the red tail except under certain circumstances, and also the young have more stripey tails.

RTH Dark Morph

RTH - heavy on the leucistic, which is not true albino

RTH Harlan's subspecies, though I'm still waiting on a ruling with that. I've got folks on Hawk ID who say Harlan's, our regional Audubon rep says Dark Morph, so my eBird guy is looking all the photos over.

Juvenile RTH

And last but not least, a regular, old fashioned RTH, the archetype.

The reason I say Red Shouldered on the photo last week or so, is because the chest coloring is up higher, not like the RTH. RSH, long off shots and my only one of two (pair) I've seen.

The coloring kind of goes across more than dripping down.

Don't get me started on birds! Your photo is amazing by the way!

I once rescued a very juvenile RTH when I used to carry mail. I was delivering mail in the inner city of Toledo, OH and I saw a bird on the sidewalk. The way it turned its head, I thought it was an owl. It hopped across the street and under my mail jeep. I flushed it out from under there and covered it with my coat and put it in a mail tub and took it back to the office. I called the game warden about it. He told me it was a federal crime, at which point I told him to come arrest me because I was certain any one of a number of stray cats in the neighborhood was going to kill it. So they sent out a conservation officer to pick it up and they took it to a rehab facility until it matured and released it.

I never did get arrested or even ticketed.
