battery health question

After fully charging the battery on my new 2005 & did the white connector fix, I parked the bike for 10 days now the battery is unable to start the bike & died.
is that an indication the battery is toast?
thanks

How was the battery treated prior to this?

If it has been sitting low for a while, quite likely it is toast. They don't like that, or being completely drained.

I have a C teck charger which has a restore mode that works quite well with batteries in this situation.

I suspect it didn't have a good life & might have been left to completely discharge, also the bike had its original white connector which looked ok (no heat damage or corrosion) but I know from my 04 it is still a bad connector that hinders the full charging of the battery. what confused me is after I charged this battery it started the bike fine so I thought I solved the problem fixing the connector & parked the bike due to another unrelated problem for 10 days until I have time to figure out the idle problem.
it looks like its time for a new battery.

Yeah, that's what I am going to buy, I have one in my 04 for the past ~ 3 years & its going strong, the thing that really shortens the life of any battery is the white connector hindering the full output of the stator & rectifier from charging the battery properly, this was also the case with my 2003 vmax it killed the Original battery in less than a year.

I'll order this

What's the parasitic drain for the Gen1 FZ1?

I never tested it.

While doing some maintenance earlier this year, I measured 1.6 milliamps on my '03.
