For my birthday last summer, I received a pair of Lee Parks gloves - replacing my 25 year old custom made Thurlow deerskin gloves.
I've become quite the fanboy of these made in USA gloves.

A little over a year ago I got some Held Steve Classics from motorcyclegear.com because they started offering them with both longer and shorter finger lengths for a given size, along with regular length. I have long fingers for my hand size so I got a pair of those and I'm very glad I did, as it looks like they only have a few left in certain sizes. Well worth it for the fit. I've also had Aerostitch and Lee Parks gauntlets, both of which were good.

I'm probably as cheap or cheaper! But sometimes paying more is cheaper. I had some cheaper Joe Rocket gloves. Failed completely. Short lived. So that turned out to be a complete waste of money.

I bought the Held Steves years ago. Never had to replace.

You can go broke buying cheap Harbor Freight over and over. Or pay once for DeWalt.

Spending less money for something that doesn't work is not saving money.

Just a thought for you.......

I have a pair of those with long gauntlets. Great gloves. Not the latest and greatest in armor, but very nice and well made gloves. Super comfortable.

I also have a pair of heavily armored Sedici gloves from Cycle Gear that have held up quite well.
