Anyone think Manny's gonna cut his dreadlocks to comply with White Sox personal appearance guidelines?

Another ho-hum night for him . A 103.9 mph fastball and 89 mph slider working. Wowsers! 8 game lead on St Louis now.

The NL's leader in saves is of course SF Giant Brian Wilson. Us fans know
he's waaaay out there, and that's why we love the guy. Well, that and all those saves too!

Anyway, you gotta watch this interview.

You would think that town would have learned better after having TO!

At least the NL has some excitment going into the playoffs.
In the AL Boston has a great record but they are practically out of the playoff hunt!

Dude, the guy is the NL leader in saves. All star! Plus he's a super solid TEAMate unlike that douchebag TO.

True, he's not the egotistical maniac that TO was!

But he's still nuts and it could become a factor. He's great but not Lidge 08' perfect! And what's with those carrot orange shoes?

Having smileyed that let me say, I always fear Dunn or Zimmerman going up to bat in a tie game against the Phils.

Giants lost their lead off/sparkplug for the season to appendicitis.

Yeah, Torres has been great this year. But at least they beat the Padres today to tie for the lead in the west.

Yes, Timmay is BACK! Nice 2 run single by him too. He did that earlier in the year as well.
Now Zito has to start playing like he was in the beginning of the year. Sanchie is getting
locked in, Cain is, Timmay is and the rookie is.

I need one of those shirts.

Don't forget Des, I called Rangers-Giants in the series with opening game starters Cliff Lee and Tim Lincecum (sp).

I wanna get in the playoffs first. There's just a slightly closer race going on over in the NL
West than in the Rangers division! Giants are .5 out of first in the West, and 1.5 out in the WC. It's nail biter time.

Im going this Sunday, then Thursday, and the last game of the season against the Padres.

Rangers sewed up the AL West today, beating the A's 4-3!!

October baseball WILL be played in Arlington!!

And Neftali Feliz wrapped up the AL Rookie of the Year award with his record-breaking 38th save - most by a rookie EVAH.
