My most recent big purchase... a Samsung side by side. It keeps beer cold... what can I say!

Well here's the worst camera picture in the history of bar pics.

Sorry, my phone camera doesn't have a flash. I went for the "Buy 8, Get 8 Free" dealeo at my fav wings place. Regular hot on the left, and Slayer (spicy with extra garlic) on the right.

I did not take any home.

Oh, and I bought gasoline at $3.18/gallon this morning, but it was a bit cumbersome to get the camera down into the neck of the tank, so you'll have to take my word for it.

Oh you took some home with you. And it probably took about an hour before they became unwelcomed house guests and had to make a quick exit out the back door.

Been playing for 34 years, started when I was 4 and never looked back; love the game. If I may, a quick bit of advice; buy him some blades, or muscle cut blades. If he's learned to play on those old clubs you have, he'll swing a newer blade the same way. They are surely more balanced, will have a better shaft and nothing develops and keeps a swing natural the way blades can. Just my two pennies....(maybe even less).

What are some examples? I'm looking to take golf a little more seriously.
I know they are kind of old but I have always had a thing for Ping Zing 2. I LOVE those things.

That Blue Heeler is beatiful!!! and I agree - they are really smart.
Also have a natural talent for herding. We picked up a stray and kept it for a few days until we found it's owner.
That dog practically tried to break down our fences to get at the goats that grazed on an adjoining fence line. LOL It was really funny to watch.

I currently play the Mizuno MP-67's. Prior to those I played a set of Mizuno T-Zoids (True) for about 15 years. Highly recommend the MP-67's for a few reasons. First, they are soft as can be, the feel of these clubs is amazing. This makes it very easy to shape shots and I know when I got a high fade just right, a low draw spot on, etc. They set up like a traditional blade and are very easy to be comfortable over. They are consistent with a slightly larger sweet spot than you would find on an "old school" blade. It's all dependent on the shaft and the kick point , but I find the longer irons have a nice trajectory, allowing for the ball to sit much softer from the mid-high angle of attack.

Lastly, they're just plain pretty. I'm not much on aesthetics when it comes to golf; functional = good in my book. However, these clubs give me both. The slender cut muscle back give them a better look than a skinny blade, but I still get that same level of response from a pured ball as well as one that I miss.

I've got one from the same bar that's an attempt at capturing the ass dimples of the bartender that was working there and it rivals your pic in atrocity.

Good to know!

And btw Nancy, A Georgia boy kicked your ass in wing eating. You only got two Braveheart wings down before you threw up the white flag and called out for milk.
