Finally saw my doc today, starting me on prednisone, did blood work and a neurology appt. will be made for my neck issues. They told me my MRI was negative in 4/07. I read the report today................it was NOT negative. I have a bulging disk at C5-6. Great. Now I'm worse.

ACK!!! I'm really sorry to hear this, Barb. But at least they (you?) found the source. The second disk I had removed from my neck was only outpatient, the first was a MUCH longer recovery. I hope the outpatient style is the new standard for your sake. Good luck.
