Show me your slip-on

Well, I sold my '08 the other weekend and have a '12 now. So I gotta start all over with the mods again

I had a carbon fiber MIVV GP on my '08 and really liked it. But I am wanting something different. Maybe something a little quieter (without the quiet core in it). I'm going between the Akra and the Yoshi...but I haven't seen any pictures of them mounted on the FZ. Looks are important, and the long mufflers are not gonna cut it on my bike...

So lets see 'em!

Here's my AKRO full ss system with titanium can cut 4'. The can is polished because the previous owner had glue burnt all over it from stickers, so it looks like chrome/ss..better than before but would have liked the og titanium look better. This is when I first bought the bike.
Just a reference of size and look.

I have to Suono Carbon like above. I use the DB plug in it and it runs great and sounds great IMO.

I think you will find you can have one or the other, not both. With the db killer in the CS one from V&H has a nice but still respectful tone and good performance.

Sorry for posting this same old picture again but riding season has just started for me and I have been too busy riding to stop and take fresh pics.

I also LOVE the Suono, but have heard it's loud. My GP was LOUD...I was just hoping that a slightly larger can would quiet it a few Db's

I'm still rockin' the GYTR. Not quiet, but no problems at all.

Nice bikes guys! Looks like my favorites are the Yosh TRC and the Suono. I found a thread (I can't find it now) where someone cut out the MIVV quiet core insert and opened it up with a 1.75" pipe. So it's not as loud as completely open, but louder than with the stock quiet core. I will definately do something like this!
